The setup process is straightforward. Simply download the app on your iPhone to establish your complimentary WhenWorks account, providing you with a web page where guests can effortlessly book appointments online.
WhenWorks seamlessly integrates with the native Calendar app on your iPhone, ensuring it always reflects your current availability and updates your calendar instantaneously as appointments are made online.
This solution caters to individuals across various professions who frequently arrange appointments with clients and colleagues, such as salespersons, technical support and training representatives, financial advisors, attorneys, educators, personal trainers, massage therapists, hair stylists, photographers, and more.
HOW IT OPERATES
- Create rules outlining your availability for meetings.
- Share your scheduling link with clients and colleagues for them to view your availability and book appointments online.
- Upon booking an appointment, both you and the guest will receive a confirmation email, and the event will be automatically added to your calendar.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- Host: Install the WhenWorks app on an iOS device running iOS 11 or later.
- Guest: Use any web browser to access the WhenWorks website for booking appointments.
SUPPORTED CALENDAR SERVICES
WhenWorks supports major calendar services like iCloud, Google Calendar, Office 365, and Outlook.com, excelling in its compatibility with iCloud thanks to deep integration with iOS's default Calendar app.
APPLE CALENDAR USAGE
Your primary calendar app doesn't have to be Apple Calendar; you can utilize any calendar application on your iOS device such as BusyCal, Calendars 5, Fantastical, Google Calendar, Outlook, Week Calendar, among others.
SECURITY OF INFORMATION
Your calendar details remain private; solely your availability in the form of time slots is visible online. Additionally, WhenWorks does not require nor store your sensitive login information for calendar syncing purposes.
PAYMENT TERMS
Your payment may differ based on location. Your WhenWorks Pro subscription will be billed to your credit card through iTunes. The subscription will renew automatically (either monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Once activated, cancelling the subscription is not possible. Manage subscriptions in iTunes Account Settings. Any remaining free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
