HOW IT OPERATES

1. Create rules outlining your availability for meetings.

APPLE CALENDAR USAGE

Your primary calendar app doesn't have to be Apple Calendar; you can utilize any calendar application on your iOS device such as BusyCal, Calendars 5, Fantastical, Google Calendar, Outlook, Week Calendar, among others.

SECURITY OF INFORMATION

Your calendar details remain private; solely your availability in the form of time slots is visible online. Additionally, WhenWorks does not require nor store your sensitive login information for calendar syncing purposes.

PAYMENT TERMS

Your payment may differ based on location. Your WhenWorks Pro subscription will be billed to your credit card through iTunes. The subscription will renew automatically (either monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Once activated, cancelling the subscription is not possible. Manage subscriptions in iTunes Account Settings. Any remaining free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
